At African American Expressions, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
